Pathway Programs at KC

Culinary Pathway

This pathway is based on both professional culinary arts and making a successful career in the restaurant industry. Students on this pathway run the KC Cafe while also serving the community at large with their baked goods and gourmet food. Our students are fortunate to be taught by a professional chef of 26 years.

Business Pathway

This pathway gives our students a unique opportunity to work with one another and gain high level skills. Coursework on this pathway is created by the Gannon University Small Business Development Center. Students are taking college level introductory classes, working with entrepreneurs and business leaders, building their network, and running the KC Spirit Store.

Manufacturing Pathway

This pathway gives students the opportunity to make and create products through our partnership with Gannon SBDC and the Valley Fab Lab. Students are exposed to a variety of fabrication machines and a CNC machine. The coursework is developed by Gannon University and gives students the ability to contribute to the local supply chains.
