What is EITC & OSTC?
The EITC and OSTC programs in Pennsylvania allow businesses to direct their tax dollars towards scholarships for students at Kennedy Catholic Family Schools. These programs provide tax credits to companies for donations made to non-profit scholarship organizations, benefiting local PA schools.

Tax Credits & Eligible Businesses
Businesses authorized to operate in Pennsylvania and subject to specific state taxes can participate. These include Corporate Net Income Tax, Capital Stock Franchise Tax, and others.
Businesses can receive up to $750,000 in tax credits annually. The tax credits equal 75% of the donation for a one-year commitment or 90% for a two-year commitment of equal contributions.
How to Participate
Submit the KCFS short EITC-OSTC Application (coming soon) at any time. The Community Foundation will handle the application process. Once approved, you must provide proof of your contribution to receive the tax credits.
