Admission Requirements

All prospective students (excluding Pre-K and K) must provide a report card or transcript for review by school officials. Behavioral records, if any, will also be reviewed by the principal. There is a $100 non-refundable registration fee for new students.

Preschool

Mini preschool (ages 3 and 4):

Must be 3 on or by September 1st.
Must be potty trained
Required:
- Birth Certificate
- Completed Enrollment/Registration Application
- Registration Fee

Pre-kindergarten (ages 4 and 5):

Must be 4 on or by September 1st.
Required:
- Birth Certificate
- Completed Enrollment/Registration Application
- Registration Fee

Kindergarten

Must be 5 on or by September 1st.
Required:
- Birth Certificate
- Baptismal Certificate (if Catholic)
- Physician’s Examination
- Dental Examination
- Social Security Number
- Record of Immunizations
- Completed Enrollment/Registration Application
- Registration Fee

Grades 1-6

Grade 1 students must be 6 on or by September 1st.
There are no more than 25 students in the primary classes
There are no more than 30 students in the intermediate grades
Required:
- Completed Enrollment/Registration Application
- Official current transcript or report card
- Behavioral records for administrative review
- Registration Fee
- Health records from previous school must be transferred

Grades 7-12

Required:
- Completed Enrollment/Registration Application
- Official current transcript or report card
- Behavioral records for administrative review
- Registration Fee
- Health records from previous school must be transferred
